Dr. Erlandson is Professor Emeritus in the Department of Educational Administration and Human Resource Development at Texas A&M University. Dr. Erlandson served 29 years at Texas A&M and founded the University’s Principals’ Center, which has been nationally recognized as an exemplary program by the American Association of School Administration and by the National Commission on the Principalship.
