David Hutton, Member
Current Term: 2007-2010
Hutton, Superintendent of Winters ISD, earned his bachelor's degree from Abilene Christian University and master's degree from Texas Tech University. Prior to his current position, Hutton worked for Blanket ISD, Floydada ISD, and Clyde ISD. His positions included superintendent, secondary and elementary principal, and teacher. Currently, Hutton is a member of the Texas Association of School Administrators (TASA) and the Winters Area Business Corporation. He is also a former member of the Floydada Chamber of Commerce and the Texas Associaton of Secondary School Principals (TASSP).
